Kid's Health Notes

Fall is an ideal time to commit your family to be fit and healthy.
Instead of sitting at home and watching tevevision or playing computer games, try going on a bike ride as a family. Take walks and spend some time just listening to your spouse, parents or children.
You may also want to spend some "together time" researching and trying out healthy alternatives to fast food. Go grocery shopping together for healthy foods and then let everyone have a job in preparing the meal. This will be fun and it will teach children responsibility.
